Im Very very Upset :ranting: Im trying to file for my AOS jsut found out that will be imposible to get a hold of a sane Civil Doctor that wont rip my pocket,, when i was trying to gather information of the things i would need to bring from my country, no body told me i would need a copy of a DS 3025 it wasnt given to me and i didnt knew i had to ask for it ,seems like my medical exam in Juarez was Useless and a waste of money , civil surgerons i'v contact want to do the whole exam again at a full price , i dont know what my form says . i know my K-1 Visa has a 212(g)(2)(A)BLANKET WAIVER anotation , wich i asume is related to my vacination, how ever i have my vacination records , i didn't knew they had to be tran$$alated, in order to be valid , Im overwhelmt whit all this , i truly wasnt counting with this , so who ever is incharge of this website, should remark the importance of asking for a copy of that DS 3025 to adjust status once in the states , i think is as important as any other document ,i wish some one would have told me this , i assume is in the sealed envelopee me a hard time on my welcome here. i wonder how can i get ahold of the DS 3025 if i never had it,, im pissed very much i wasnt counting on spending this much money really,, why again all over? in my examination in Juarez i brought with me my vaciantion records , they didnt made one single question about my vacinations , even that i brought the topic to the doctor they i asume she maked the DS 3025 as incomplete just so i spent money again it's not fear really these doctors will want to do the whole exam again very expenssive mistake i live in missoury and i wonder how can i get around this not so expenssive , everything is above 300 us

You need to relax.

If your DS-3025 is complete, then you don't need to do anything. It is in your POE packet. If it is not complete, then all you need is a vaccination transcription, which is less than $50.

If you don't know what it says, then you can roll the dice, send in nothing for AOS, and see if they send you an RFE for vaccination supplement on I-693.

If you don't have records of your vaccinations, the doctor can do a blood test and determine what antibodies you have in your blood.

There is a list of Civil Surgeons who understand what the vaccination transcription is in the AOS from K-1 forum (which this post should be in) called "Civil Surgeons who don't rip you off."

212(g)(2)(A)BLANKET WAIVER is in my visa wich reffers to my ds-3025 is incomplete on my vacinations .. like i said , they didnt even asked what vacinations i have i dont now what is marked in the form but since i didnt got asked for my vacination records im preatty sure they will want my vacination records on a I-693 signed by a doctor i have my records but so far none doctor will fill it without my ds-3025 unless i pay a full exam AGAIN since is very likely to get RFE i dont wanna waste time and get it done .. full exam requires my pressence in MISSOURY i didnt find doctors that wouln't rip my pocket even the ones on posted on the forums this is round business for them

Keep calling around and ask if they will do a vaccine transcription only for a K-1 entrant with a medical less than a year old. Make sure you explain exactly what you need and the legality of it - you will find someone somewhere. Also, don't speak to whoever answers the phone. Leave your number for the CS themselves to call you back. You can show your K-1 visa which requires a medical to obtain, so you shouldn't need to show your old medical. Also, you could try calling the doctor in Mexico and asking for a copy of your medical exam.

Worst case, a new medical shouldn't cost $300 - it should be more like $150-$200. I know it's frustrating, but if you take a breath you will figure it all out. There are multiple solutions to the problem. Good luck.
