I-864, Affidavit of Support

This is my situation....

I filed three I 130 for (1).my wife (2). my two year old daughter and (3). my mother ..

I am awaiting my approval for my NOA 2 for each of the application and i need some information on how to file the I-864, Affidavit of Support..

My Question is do i have to file 1 I-864, Affidavit of Support for each of them or just one.....

I have also ready the poverty guidelines too and i want to be sure i make enough money to support all of them based on my income...

I make 44.000k per year and i am not sure if i will need a co- sponsor or if my income is enough.....

A couple of questions first:

1) Are you a USC or LPR?

2) If USC, are you naturalized?

3) If naturalized, were you a USC when your daughter was born?

Once we know these answers we can start to answer your question, and depending on the answers, it will guide you to what you must do as well as what you can do.

Also for your children, I dont think u have to file I-130 for them, u need to apply for US passport for them, it doesnt matter if you were a permenant resident when they were born...refer to http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/acs_abuja_birthabroad.html

Incorrect, I-864 is the form that is used when an immigrant visa is being sought.

You will need to file separate I-864s for each of them.
