If the request for I-130 expedite was not approve will this affect the process itself? I mean like denial during the interview? I'm sorry I'm kinda paranoid here... :(

No.. it won't have any affect on the approval it just means it will take the normal processing instead of expedite... the approval of the i130 depends upon the information from petitioner/beneficiary etc has nothing to do with expedite request.

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

Your reason will not be granted.

As mentioned, a denied expedite request will not affect eventual visa approval, but there is a small chance it will delay things somewhat, as they pull your case out of line, look at it for the expedite, then put it back in line further down.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Were you granted with your expedite request sis? How did you do it? Did you write a letter or just called USCIS?

Jan 12, 2012 - AOS invoice received

Jan 13, 2012 - AOS paid (Only appeared as PAID on 1.17.2012)

Jan 14, 2012 - DS-3032 accepted

Jan 17, 2012 - IV invoice received & paid

Jan 22, 2012 - Mailed AOS & IV packages to NVC

Jan 30, 2012 - RFE/Checklist for I-864

Feb 01, 2012 - Mailed the IRS tax transcripts to NVC

Feb 03, 2012 - Case complete!!!

Mar 26, 2012 - Issued VISA :)Thank you Lord!

Mar 30, 2012 - Visa Received!!! You are the best LORD!
