I have a question. Please kindly answer for those who know. Thank you in advance.

I have a question bout the dates, lets say the date released in the Visa bulletin is 01Dec08, does it mean the visa's being processed starts from 01dec08 or the visa's that they will process is only upto 01dec08? Thank you everyone.

Thank you, atleast now its clear to me, because my priority date is 12dec08. In ur own prediction when will it be processed? Thank you.

it could be in October, but it all depends. there are many factors to take into consideration, the country of origin, how many visas granted for that country, how many petitions were filed for that country, if they are behind.

that's why you have to check the visa bulletin every month.
