Hi VJ's just would like to ask any ideas about my petitioner who had been with me as his beneficiary for 1 year

will it affect our visa application? But his house is taken care of his close friends and bills are paid promptly

I just want to clarification. thanks VJ's in advance.

It will be a very positive thing, because it shows you have a bonafide relationship and you will be able to answer questions about him. The only potential problem is how he will financially sponsor you- he will need assets or a US co-sponsor.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi Penguin, nothing to worry about his financial status he is able to sponsor me of his income the only thing that matters was his presence in his place if that will affect. But as you said as long as he has the potential for a financial does not affect... thanks

If you are living together in the PI you should marry there and apply for a spouse visa, not a fiancee visa. Spouse visa Direct Consular Filing is faster and results in a green card upon US entry rather than having to marry and adjust status before you can work, etc. with the K1.

Paying his bills in the US does not matter. There is no credit check. Showing current income or assets that are 3 times the required income is what matters.
