I don't think anyone is accusing you of anything, though I agree that that post was worded that it sounds like that. I think what people are saying is that this is how it might look to the interviewer, and while your marriage is legitimate, the fact that you didn't file right away does nothing to prove that.

What strikes me as what might be interpreted as fraud (not saying it is, just what I see as something that would possibly be interpreted as fraud) is in your timeline - You state:

08/16/10 Met Hubby online

08/23/10 Finally we started talking over the phone ( We spent hours on the phone barely slept)

11/1/10 Made it official he is my soulmate

11/27/10 Wedding Day Married by JP ( Planning Bigger Wedding For September 2011)

So basically, you met him online, started talking on the phone a week later - then 11/1 made it official? Is that the date you met in person? A petition where someone is in the US on any type of visa (work, visitor, etc...) that then marries and tries to adjust status without leaving the US and going the long route can draw closer scrutiny - In your timeline it's not clear when you actually met in person - if you explained it this way to immigration, and you met in person on 11/1, when you "made it official", and his visa were about to expire, it would scream fraud to me -

Honestly, even if they had met in person in August, to be married three months later would be a red flag no matter what. In fact, I believe it's in the field adjudicator's manual that short courtship is a red flag. That being said, short courtship does happen sometimes and USCIS knows this, which is why they look at all the evidence.

Just curiosity public housing has income limits. So did you all have to get a co sponsor for AOS. And with public housing you have been breaking the law because only person on the lease should be living there. So everyone is just pointing out how things look to people looking in on the relationship which is what ultimately occurs in our relationships. So rather than get upset try to prepare because what people are coming at you with is what the IO is saying or thinking.

I had my interview yesterday and the ISO asked me nothing about Lease. I don't have my wife on my Lease anyways but I did have gas, electric, bank statements, and insurance policies.

hey everyone we are doing just fine..we will be going back to drop of the lease and some other documents ( affidavits from friends and relatives) and yes to medryl you will be fine dont listen to all these ppl saying its not true love how do you guys know whats going on in our love life?? yes me and my husband are young but we love eachother yes we got married fast but we love eachother so u cant bash our relationship when you dont know anything ..but thanks for all the positive and mostly negative post's but yes we are good and enjoying our marriage 78 days till one year married..so happy

You don't need a reason but you do need evidence of a relationship.
