Hello All,

I've read James's Shortcuts, and I was wondering if you can mail off your paperwork without the NVC number. My case is there, but still "In processing". Can you make payment if you don't have the NVC number?

The cover sheet is different for AOS and IV packets. I thought the same thing. But when I printed each one....it had the same case number but what's written on each cover sheet is different. Why is this? Each packet is handled separately when it gets to NVC. Therefore, each packet must be labeled individually.

I sent both packets in the same Fedex envelope. From reading other VJ members share their experiences, I may get an RFE indicating I'm missing either packet (even though I sent both in the same envelope).

You're right that would make it easy. So there are separate barcode sheets for the AOS and IV. Some people take a shortcut and use the first barcode sheet for both. It seems to work.
