hello guys,

I AM gatherng all the documents that needed for AOS i have one more question and maybe some of you there have some ideas,i would like to apply for EAD but i dont have SSN coz my 1-94 is about to expire can i apply EAD even though no SSN YET?THANK YOU IN advance

Yes you can. When the EAD is approved, then you can go and get the SSN.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You don't need a SSN for the AOS, AP and EAD application, so the answer to your question is: yes you can.
