Since CSC is processing your petition, thus the California address on the bottom of your NOA1 and the prefix of WAC for your receipt number. Cheers!!! - Sheriff Uling

Good Luck on this one. The USCIS has been doing a lot of restructuring. The service centers in Nebraska and Texas now send their I-129F petitions to California for processing. The other center in Vermont still remains the king for processing times.

You should make sure you set up an account with USCIS for email contact about your case. Then you will be able to see when something has happened with your application. I hope you filed the most recent forms with your petition. There was a new law that went into effect in March. It is called IMBRA and deals with whether you and your fiancee meet through a marriage broker and also if you are some kind of criminal. It is all about making sure the women from other countries are protected.

One thing hasn't changed. The processing times are still slow. So, be patient and make plans for eventual arrival. If you keep busy then the time will pass much quicker. Also, you will find lots of helpful ideas and assistance here.
