That's crazy!!!

I'm so fed up with the way things are going with CSC. A dead snail moves faster!

My lovely boss feels that bad for the 3 of us she is letting me have a whole 7 weeks off work so that me and my son can go and spend Christmas, new year, my birthday and our 4 year anniversary together. WOOHOO!! Booking flights tomorrow after work.

It is if they had a reason to request expedite

I filed for my wife back in August 2011 and it went to CSC. I live in Maryland, Shouldn't it be at Vermont instead? And if so, can I request my file to go Vermont? And what is taking them so long for the I-130's? After reading a lot of complaints of CSC im actually worried now, when will my wife get here? How much longer can I be without her? Do I have to move to Pakistan just so we can be together ? Is there anything we can do?

Welcome to the world of waiting for the NOA-2.

Honestly, it *is* hard. I'm based in Karachi and my husband filed my I-130 on 14th Oct so it's been close to two months for us now, Insha'Allah. This is just one of those things where you have to wait. :\ It's been hard for us too but we're hanging on and hoping it gets done smoothly and soon.

If it gets really difficult to wait out, you could visit your wife in between? That's not practical in my case, so we're just waiting and hoping for the best - and of course, Skype helps! :)

Priority date: 14th October 2011

NOA 2: 23rd March 2012

Case Complete at NVC: 29th May 2012

Interview schedule for 30th July 2012 > Result: Administrative Processing / Green slip 221(g)

AP ended on 29th August - Passport in hand!!

Seems to shift every year. Last year, a lot of VSC petitioners were complaining about how much slower they were. Who knows why it happens. But, I think CSC should all consider giving the may/june/july filers a bit of a gift.

Sorry my edit isn't working on phone***

Goodness ya'll scare me. I'm in Texas also this looks like it will be interesting. Maybe the log jam will unloose by the time I file in about 2 weeks. VSC is approving like crazy. Like whatever comes in gets done. See that way all the ones all hold up doesn't mess up their 5 month statistic.

I know patience is a virtue. I have none. Look at me I haven't even started but in full disclosure I have started and stopped and thought we were ready for the last like 6 months. Now we are ready.

I am so ready to get this party started.

Well any way may 2012 unite us all with our love ones. And USCIS and NVC gets some humanity and stop the abuse. :-)
