If with face time you mean time spent together then yes, that is the strongest evidence.

I assume you mean FaceTime as in the video chatting program. If so, include call logs if you're able to. Try and include stronger evidence such as emails or proof of recent visits if possible.

Oh, Penguin, out of the techno loop, are we?...

FT/Skype/etc. is secondary evidence at best, and by no means "strong" evidence. Keep in mind the whole thrust of the K-1 is proving you met in person at least once, no matter the degree to which it happened.

This means photos of you together, boarding passes, hotel receipts, and so on. Gather up enough of this particular supporting evidence and you'll have a strong packet.

Case in point, we had zero social media evidence and our approval was whisked right through.

17-Jan-10 - Filed K-1

26-Apr-10 - Approved

06-May-10 - Entered POE

24-May-10 - Married

22-Jul-10 - Filed AOS

24-Sep-10 - Biometrics Appointment

18-Nov-10 - Approved

29-Nov-10 - Received Green Card

Those things you mentioned are good proof of having met in person. For ongoing relationship proof, these logs of communication are still good evidence, which is what I believe the OP is talking about.
