Did u include ur wife's daughter in the petition? She can come with ur wife as k2 or follow to join at a later date but within a year.

if you look at the OP's profile he is NOT a k-1...

OP.. you stepdaughter needs her own I-130... she does not get to ride on mom's petition

YMMV

You will need to file Form I-130. Pay attention to the requirement for a stepparent/stepchild; you will need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate. The marriage certificate is the document that connects you to her mother. The child's birth certificate connects her to her mother. Together, the two documents evidence your connection to her as her stepfather.

Sorry i missed the visa category. My 2 kids were petitioned by my USC husband thru I-130 or petition for Alien relative. If u filed for a K1 visa then her daughter can have the K2 but since she was not included in the petition then I-130 is the route.
