I am in the process of filiing the I29F right now. I am confused do I need to also file the G-325a for she and I at the same time of filing the 129F? She does not have her passport yet and the G-355a is saying you need to attach copies of your passport. I was under the impression she would not need her passport until her interview in manila? Can someone please help me with what is required and should be included in my filing of the I129F

***** One-passport-style color photograph ( benefeciary & petioner) - must have a white background, be glossy, un-retouched. And not mounted. The dimension of the full frontal facial image should be about one inch from your chin to the top of your hair. Using pencil or felt pen, lightly print the name on the back of the photograph. Place in a plastic bag and label “Photo of < Insert Name>. Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the G-325a.

- Color photos of you and your fiancé together (Make sure to write your names, date, and location on the back of the photo) provide as much copies as you can. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. Place photo in a plastic back and label it.

IMPORTANT: Make 2 copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money order too. You want a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms must be originals with original signatures. Supporting documents you submitted may be photocopies. Retain all original supporting evidences since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing RFE (Request for Evidence). If you receive RFE, follow the direction exactly, make two copies of what you sent back.

Yes, you need the G-325a for BOTH of you. No need for a copy of the beneficiary's passport...but you need passport style PHOTO (picture) of her. You will need the passport before the interview.

Good Luck

It is a passport style photo (picture) of yours and your fiancee not the copy of the passport. Also if you go and read the guideline you can get very detail information.

Good luck

Where on the State Department websites does it say you need to send in the G325a for BOTH at the time of filing the I129f? Does anyone know best service to mail a passport photo back to the USA?

Where on the State Department websites does it say you need to send in the G325a for BOTH at the time of filing the I129f? Does anyone know best service to mail a passport photo back to the USA?

It says it on the I-129F Instructions page 3, part 6a

"Submit a completed and signed Form G-325A (Biographic Information) for you and a completed signed Form G-325A for your fiance(e). Except for name and signature you do not have to repeat on the Biographic Information form the information given on your Form I-129F"

It may not be stated explicitly on the state department website because it is implied and directed in the instructions of the I-129F packet.

In terms of getting the picture mailed to the US, my fiance (who is from Croatia) sent all of his forms signed, and the passport style picture through his mailing service with a signature confirmation and receipt. I'm sure your S.O. would be able to do the same.

Good luck :)
