another question: i see a lot of members saying the foreign fiance has to pay $350 to NBC bank and show the receipt at embassy at time of interview. Is this another $350 fee different from the one i have already sent in with my I-129F?? if not what payment are they talking about??

Yes that one is for the USCIS and this is a visa application fee an goes to the embassy. Actually the first one you pay with the petition was $340 not $350.
