well i phoned them and they said that they are processing applications as of April 05 so mine is not passed yet but i was worried about my sons as the status has not been updated last july when i sent the wrong money in for fingerprinting so i sent the money had a new noa1 but nothing has been updated so miss info said to copy the noa 1 updated one and send them a letter to make sure they do it so thats where i am.

Crazy Brit

:goofy: It just doesn't make sense that you filed in July and are still waiting. You just want to know where it has sat all this time (or where it IS sitting) that it is getting bypassed by others. Look on the bright side, maybe it is being transferred to California and then you won't have to have an interview and just get the Welcome letter and Green Card in the mail like others who have been transferred have. You can hope. :goofy:

K1 PROCESS:

04/08/05 . . . . Sent I-129F to TSC

08/31/05 . . . . London Interview - APPROVED

AOS PROCESS:

05/16/06 . . . . APPROVED.

REMOVING CONDITIONS PROCESS:

03/03/08 . . . . Sent I-751 packet to TSC.

02/27/09 . . . . APPROVED.

Congrats everyone!

Crazy Brit don't worry - things with uscis don't seem to make sense in a first come first served way. I think you and my hubby (also from england) expect it that way (you guys and your "queues") :D seriously though don't worry until you hear, my hubby was an ex royal marine commando and had to wait for 6 hours at the interview whilst they did back up checks and interviews with him (he had extensive weapons training) and it took ours a long time to be approved (longer than most).

We sent our 485 off in august (married july 30th) and recieved our Interview yesterday April 6th at 1pm.
