Ok so, another few things on my mind hope yall can shed some light an give me peace :)

1. with our estimated NOA2 time being end of august, if its correct, given the delay from cali to NVC, how long can my husband expect from NOA2 to LONDON interview?(assuming all goes well an smoothly of course)

2. Is there any chance cali will speed up there approved NOA2s to NVC anytime soon?

3. we did send an expedite request on Thursday so things may change for us an go alot quicker heres hoping but if they deny request can you appeal or is there any point with it being so close to rough approval date anyway?

4. If cali do deny our request but it gets done in decent time although we have everything ready now for NVC can we stil ask them to expedite the case at NVC?

thanks an sorry for the question :( we got 2 small kids my hubby like everyone is dying to be home with us again, hope and love to all :)

1. For London, 152 days between NOA2 and interview

2. Always a chance, no one knows for sure except those at California.

3. You can try and appeal but obviously approval or denials are up to USCIS. You can't simply say "but pretty please" and expect them to say "oh all right then"

4. Yes, again, approval or denials of expedites are not a guarentee

Good luck

All I can say is that CSC is disposing cases very fast now - I saw cases being approved in 50 days time. it all depends on the false/ real hits that come up when a check was done on the petitioner's name. If there are no hits, your case will be done quickly.

Then all that issues with cases being sent from CSC to NVC, is really a delay at NVC only. NVC is unable to cope up with the speed at which CSC has been approving the cases and is keeping them for 30 days (instead of 7 - 15 days in the past) to streanline the NVC process. Also remember that a lot of cases were files in the months of March and April and the 4th of July long week-end and the summer holidays also contributed to the delay.

Hopefully thing should get much better in the later half of August. All the best.

1. Mine was CC on june 9th 2011... I have my interview july 25th 2011, so approximately 6 weeks after. However atm it seems to be 4-5 weeks after.

2. They have been going quicker recently, so perhaps you might be lucky and get a 3 or 4 month approval :)

3. I dont think so, basically if they say no it means no. You could try asking again but they do look over things thoroughly, so if you included evidence with your expedite you may be lucky, if not, you'll just have to wait like normal.

4. The Expedite sticks with the case right through, however really it is down to YOU both how quick it moves at NVC. How fast you pay fees, how fast you send in your documents ( and providing there are no errors) If everything is complete and done properly you shouldnt get any RFE's and can be out of NVC within a month. Then once you have CC you will probably be given an interview within 2 weeks time instead of the usual 5-6 weeks.
