thank you for ur reply, my fiance called them already but they just tell my fiance what comes out on the computer like the I129 was on processed and mailed to the address on record and that we will wait for 30 days to get the mail. I'm really confused about it..hope anyone who got this kind of email would help us understand it..again thanks for the quick reply.. god bless.

It's a mistake, obviously. The USC should call USCIS again and insist on the call's being escalated to an immigration officer. The "customer disservice" people who answer the phones are less than clueless in general, and they certainly can't help you with your situation.
