Doubt about I-134

HI everyone!

I am gathering all the documents for my interview that will be on Aug 5th, eeeee...and today I have received the package from fiancé with the I-134 and all the documents needed for my interview.

This is what happened, my fiancé answered NO for the question 11: No - I do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) listed on item 3>>> ME!

And typed: N/A applicable K1 visa process, just like it shows on the form available here on visajourney.

I think that it doesnt make sense to answer NO and N/A at the same time...I think that this can be a problem. Can you please confirm me that? Should he send me a new form????

Yes you should get another one. He will be responsible for you and he has to INTEND to provide................So ask him to send you caorrecting those mistakes.

Yeah, the example form shows to not check either box and put "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )" I am not sure if it matters if he checked No and put N/A, but you might want to have him redo it, if just for your peace of mind. I had read some consulates accept it the way the example form shows with no problem, but others like to see Intend checked off. So, I just decided to play it safe, and I checked Intend and put "K-1 visa process for permanent residence ( provide all expenses as necessary )"
