i-94 form with no expiration date...?

hi,

I have a question regarding i-94 form...

the one I have in my passport has no expiration date on it...

has some number on top left corner, then "receipt number" and my name, date of birth... but no expiration date...

any advise on how could I validate or find out what the date is?

it's not an original i-94 form I got when entered country... it's an i-94 form that I got after I had applied for extension...

I entered country on B1/B2 visa...

would be grateful for any insight...

When you applied and (I assume) received your extension, did you receive an extension letter outlining your authorized stay in the US?

The new I-94 would not have date stamped on it, but your letter should to which the I-94 was attached should have the date for how long your visa was extended.

Can you be kind as to advise how long after you submitted your application for extension of your tourist visa was the approval received? I might need to make a submission.
