Also, in the I intend or do not intend to provide contributions portion, would that be yes or no. We will be married and she will be living with me, is that just assumed, or do I need to write that in.

ya, if any issue on 'work address', put the address for the First Sargeant - he'll know how to route any specific employment verification requests, and quickly.

with - United States Army

For the address, yes ur unit address should be in it. Good luck.

Also, in the I intend or do not intend to provide contributions portion, would that be yes or no. We will be married and she will be living with me, is that just assumed, or do I need to write that in.

we just followed the example form provided by VJ : N/A KI VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Also, in the I intend or do not intend to provide contributions portion, would that be yes or no. We will be married and she will be living with me, is that just assumed, or do I need to write that in.

We didnt click intend or do not intend box, we just type that statement above in the space provided on the form. Goodluck.
