Is there a form to fill out for ds3032? do you have a link for a sample filled form of it? And one more thing where can I print ds230? Can I print it and fill up it thru handwritten? thanks...

After NVC receives your case the petitioner should receive an email that is approx 4 pages, it will be something like "mnl2011XXXXXX_-_acl_universal" the 3rd page of this email should be a DS-3032 file that can be printed and filled out by hand and either mailed or scaned and emailed to NVC. I simply forwarded this email to my wife and she printed the page, filled it out by hand, and sent it by FedEx directly to NVC. I will attach a sample for you to look at.
