Our best wishes to you for a happy ending. :star:

The waiting is the difficult part. :(:clock:

As for the TB culture, very few result in a positive finding for TB. The vast majority are negative. I've only seen one case here in the VJ Philippines forum that resulted in a positive culture for TB.

Keep the faith... it will be worth it in the end. :luv:

Hi. Is that mean you will cancel your interview date because ur not completely done with your medical yet? I mean, because you still have to wait 2 months to get the result of the culture test? Because I thought US em said that the medical should be done prior to the interview... is that correct?

I'm just wondering because I'm not from Manila and I dont want to make a lot of trips coming to Manila if there is something wrong with my medical.. My plan is to do the Medical towards the middle of August and do the interview towards the middle of September... do you think it's okay?? Or what if I do both medical and interview by September and they found out that there is something wrong with my medical like I have to do sputum test, culture test, etc... can I still proceed with my scheduled interview date even if I still have to go back to SLEC later??

hi.nope you cant proceed to your interview if something wrong with your medical..SLEC or you will cancel it.. get your medical done early as possible.. it doesn't matter if its a month before your interview... that would be better..
