So nearly 6 weeks after we got our NOA2 the NVC has still not received our petition. Even my Senator wasn't able to get any information other than "please be patient". My patience has worn out.

same with me..been over the 15 days they kept ranting about when i called and got same ole answer call back next week.. :angry: couple of friends on here said it only took them 7-10 days to get case number and id number..i was wondering what took so long now too...

If you look at this timeline you will notice that CSC is really falling behind compared to VSC at this stage.

I have no reason for the delay, but it's going on day 12 (business days) for me tomorrow.

I resorted to getting my senator involved. It did the trick. But of course NVC is now taking forever to generate the I-864 bill

so i guess i belong to this group also:) hope we'll get our case number very soon:)

I am in the same situation, it is really frustrating! My daughter's case has been approved for almost a month now and they still didn't receive it. The person I spoke to advised me to scan the approval notice and send to "research department" and they will search for it. :angry:

We're in the same boat as well. has been approved june 22 2011 , but until now no case # yet. really ###### up. CSC they're getting pretty DAMN SLOW! i can really say that! u can't blme the nvc when it comes to processing, usually it tkes 10 working days only if nvc will process a case.
