Sending I-130 this week...USCIS Forms are expired??

Hey Guys,

I'll be sending I-130 petition for my Wife this week. However, form I-130 from USCIS gov says "Expires on 01/31/2011" This is the latest form available from USCIS website for the previous 2 months (I've checked periodically). I just want to be absolutely sure. Is this going to be a problem?

Also, as proof of an ongoing marital union....I'm going to be sending my phone/e-mail/chat logs and marriage photos that I gathered over the previous year. This is acceptable right?

If that's the only form available, then it's ok. The I-130 I sent in April had the same date and so far, I have not had any problems and I do not expect any.

Don't send too much for the i 130 for this kind of stuff yet...it's over load if you send a lot. If your going to send it get a small section etc... i sent only 4 photos (just printed from pc) and 2 pages or so each of the phone and chat. You're going to be taking it all to the interview so keep the big stuff until then.

Saving the big stuff for the interview is something I don't agree with. When you include evidence with the initial petition, it automatically becomes part of the file that will be seen by a CO prior to the interview. Too many times people bring 'the big stuff' to the interview only to not have it asked for by a CO or have it immediately passed back without a glance by a CO when an interviewee tries to pass things to a CO unsolicited. I will say never go to an interview empty handed but it's ok to frontload also.

I also wouldn't worry about overloading with the initial submission, it will never hurt.

May be but importantly one needs to use of common sense. The additional evidence that is gathered after the I-130/ DS-230/ I-864 submission needs to be kept ready for the Interview time. Any how all the copies of the documents filed need to be taken to the interview.

However communication records, new documents - like intermingling of finances, additional photos of subsequent meeting, passport copies showing the subsequent travel abroad all happen after those applications were submitted, .... constitute big stuff and are needed at interview time and may not be ready to be sent with those applications.
