Hi Vjers!

Just a question... What is the process exactly for after the I-130 is approved. I understand who does which forms, etc. But when the beneficiary finishes their forms, do they save it for the interview, or mail them to NVC? Does the petitioner mail the copies I-130 packet to the Beneficiary after it is approved to take to the interview. I don't understand exactly how it works. Everything I read is pretty vague.

I would like to be with the beneficiary when they do their interview but I'm not sure if I should bring the documents then, or mail them UPS before (but mailing is very unstable there). Any advise from experience would be great.

Thanks!!

Start by reading the guides at the top of this page, and then if you have questions come back and ask them--it is SO much better if you read them first...for example you will know exactly what goes where and when
