This morning I recieved an email and text alert stating a RFE letter was mailed out July 6th. I'm curious of the RFE needed by VSC.

I wonder if I could call them directly asking for a Tier 2, and inquire as to what RFE is needed to avoid waiting on the letter arrival in mail?

I don't think calling will help. You will have to wait and get a Hard Copy of the RFE and reply.

I don't think a Customer Service Rep will help as well.
