Whats Next? Had a bad interview at US embassy Bangkok

Timeline

Ok so interview went alright Bee did fine,till the officer asked why does she want to go to america after i have already stayed with her for three years in Thailand.She replied,i want to go to america to marry my fiance an ,get our daughter a better education.Then the interviewing officer asked what kind of visa i had,well i have already been back an living in the US for almost a year,Bee told her i have a non immagrant visa,witch was true 9 months ago,now i here only on a tourist visa,Still the immagration officer now wants me to show proof of my domicile in the states,and also tells her i dont make enough money to sponcer her,we are going to be living with my parents when she gets her visa so the officer said to also bring back a I 864A an I864 with my parents on the I 864A,along with there W2 an taxes for the last three years,

Is that acceptable on a K1 visa? I am working have a good job since dec 2010 already made well over 125% of the poverty line this year already,i showed all my pay check stubs an bank statements,haveover 12 grand in the bank.she never even looked at this stuff from what Bee told me..PLEASE GIVE SOME ADVICE SHE GOES BACK READY AN ARMED TO THE EMBASSY TOMMARROW...

Timeline

The CO can request any information they like. If they want proof of domicile and a joint sponsor then get the documentation and submit it.

Do you mean that you are in the US on a Tourist Visa or that you were in Thailand on a Tourist Visa?

What supporting documents did you provide with your Affidavit of Support? Did you have a couple of months worth of recent pay stubs & an Employment Letter?

Yes the CO can require a co-sponsor if they don't feel comfortable with your ability to support her on a long term basis.
