well i finally got my i-129 approve good luck to you all, my prayers goes out to all still waiting to get approve.

I heard the next step is much faster

Today I noticed that you are over your 7 months and 2 weeks mark, I feel for you!

204 days or 6 months 2 weeks and 6 days for ours, that was tough, so I can totally understand how you are feeling.

All this and more... :huh::angry::unsure::wacko::blink::help::protest::cry::clock:

It will happen, each day is one more closer, hold onto your hope and stay strong.

Thinking of you and wishing you good news if not today then tomorrow.

A bit late posting, been out of the country for a month visiting my fiance. Received my NOA2 on Dec 15. Got a letter from NVC, case has been forwarded to the requested embassy. My local congressman's office helped me out. Took 6 months from filing the I-129F to getting my NOA2.

VisaJourney Time Line:

K1 Visa

Service Center: Vermont Service Center

Consulate: New Delhi, India

I-129F Sent: 2011-06-07

I-129F NOA1: 2011-06-10

I-129F NOA2: 2011-12-15

NVC Received: 2012-01-10

Packet 3 Recd: 2012-01-23

Packet 3 Sent: 2012-01-24

Packet 4 Sent: 2012-02-24

Medical Exam: 2012-02-24

Interview: 2012-03-12 - Approved!

US Entry: 2012-05-07 - POE Dallas, TX

Marriage: 2012-05-15

6 months, 5 days from NOA1 to NOA2; No RFE's.

Contacted local congressman to help expedite case at VSC for NOA2. (Definitely helped!)
