My husband interviewed on june 15th... he received the expected Mandatory AP for pakistan males. We were requested to submit a joint sponsor or validate my household size. We were able to submit clear documents proving my houshold size They received the documents this past week and forwarded to the CO on our case so we are waiting for the decision of the CO...in the meantime we are in the AP process... 2.5 weeks into it.

Just hoping to find others from June interviews in the same place...so we can post experience, info, how to handle the wait... and most of all the final when the visa arrives so we can all celebrate together...

what documents did u use to prove ur household size?

I had to prove my oldest son doesnt live with me and he is over 18...per the guidelines he can be excluded from the household if he reaches majority in the domicile where he lives (in NC it's 18) he is beyond child support and we had an attorney send a letter after reading my custody agreement that i dont' never have paid child support and i waived my rights to my oldest child on taxes as well as sending my sons drivers license proving his current address is different than mine and my lease agreement showing who lives with me in my house (me, and my three girls)

Called yesterday to see when it was mailed....still waiting on a signature from the CO but.......I said this means I'll need a 601 waiver and she said yes, it'll be explained in the letter.....:crying: My heart sank. Just another hill to climb for us....
