AOS Medical - I-693

Hey guys .. I'm new to trying to sort all the little parts of AOS before we get married in Dec. I wondered if a completely new medical is required for AOS ( form I-693 ) is listed as a requirement on USCIS site? I was under the impression the Medicals required for K1/K2 are good for AOS also unless they are expired.. Thx all

it is a copy of the vaccination sheet that was completed by the medical examiner that is needed to be sent in

also if you dont have a copy you might have to ring the doctors office where the medical was done to request a copy if one wasnt given to you..

I would suggest that you look on the USCIS Website and see what vaccination they have listed and get the shots done in your country unless it is expensive. I know my husband had to get the

chicken pox shot, DPT, tetinus and something else over what he had done in his country.

Make sure you fiance/spouse gets a copy of his/her medical records to include vaccination records and have them translated before they come here.
