Hi,

I have any NVC case number, but I tried to go to the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center website, after I enter my case number and IIN number, I get this error: "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error."

I was able to view it yesterday and it was still not ready. So I was trying today and now I get this error. Any idea what this means?

Thanks.

Did you apply for expedited processing? If you did, then they close the NVC case when they send your file to the consulate.

No I don't think I did anything expedited. I filed the normal I-130. That was approved. Case went to NVC. Got my case number, emailed them the DS-3032, then tried to see if the fee was ready to be paid online.

It work if you tried right away, It will not work the next day. You have to wait and try later or tomorrow. It happened to me too. I guess is because they are loading the information about your case. When i Talked to the operator she told me they were still putting the information in the computer, but she gave the numbers anyway.

I had the same error message several times, finally hours later when I tried again it was ok. Just a note if you are applying for more than one person and need to make the AOS payment you can have the same error message.

Good Luck and God Bless
