biometrics scheduled for july 12, but im just wondering if i can do it before the specified date, and what are the possible problem(s) if i do that or rather stick to the scheduled time/date?

thanks

USCIS doesn't like you to try and anticipate things. (smile)

I'm not sure you could get in at the Service Center before your scheduled date/time. Security can be tight there depending on what outstanding threats there are. In addition, they try to keep the schedule full so there would likely not be a chance to "squeeze you in".

Care,

Bill

... have read from vj members that they had successful walk-in biometrics as well ...

Many successful walk ins reported here over the two years I have been a member--probably not worth driving several hours to risk being turned back, but if you are close by, what the heck !! Certainly no downside at all.
