This Packet 3...Return docs in mail or wait till interview?

Timeline

Yea i just heard and read that After your K1 petition is sent to the Consulate and they now send you the packet of required Doc's...after u fill out the documents and do the police certificate and medical exam and other stuff, do u send back the documents to the embassy consulate or are u supposed to wait till the interview?

Received by USCIS: 3/8/2011

NOA:3/10/2011

NOA2:06/21/2011

Case# received from NVC: 07/1/2011.

got packet 3/4: Aug/4/2011

Interview: Sept 21st 2011

each consulate is different so read the instructions contained with the packet... most just take the docs on the day the interview is given
