Can someone give me the basic layout of the letter from their employer that has to be sent to the fiancé(e) for his/her interview? I know it needs the following: job title, start date, salary, status (full-time) of position, and a signature.

This pdf sheet doesn´t mention the tax return as one of the evidences... I thought it was the most important evidence for financial support.

Mandi, the letter could say something like this:

place/date

To whom it may concern:

Jane Doe has been working as a/an (position) in our company since (date), full time/part time. Such position is temporary/permanent. Her annual salary is (amount).

signature

position of the person who's responsible for such letter (someone in the HR staff, for example)

The letter should be written on business stationery.

Mandi, I posted the example letter based on the one my fiance's boss wrote - and it should be okay, as it contains the information asked for as per the instructions on I-134. Good luck!
