How can you talk to Customer service?

8 posts in this topic

Filed: Timeline

Called (800) 375-5283.

Pressed Option 1 (English)

Pressed Option 2 to get status of your case using receipt #

But, it doesn't give you option to talk to Customer service. If you enter receipt #, automated message plays. If don't select receipt # option,it just says to call back 8-8 M-F even though I am calling during that time.

Please help how others have gotten through.

Thanks

Try pressing "0"--but you haven't missed anything, there's none at the other end with useful info anyway (why do you think it's known on VJ as "misinfo line"?).
