Hello giveusfree, I did not request a prima facie, my attorney did everything for me and I think she requested for me. But if you look in your first prima facie notice you will see the address and instructions.

you have to send a copy of your first prima facie along with a written request for an extension. I hope this help. I can give you the address that appears in mine but it may not be the correct one for you .

It says send your written request to :

UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES

VERMONT SERVICE CENTER

75 LOWER WELDEN STREET

ST. ALBANS, VT 05479

Hi Anxious,

How did you request a prima facie extension? I tried to call them but I was told I couldn`t do it over the phone :(

Ok,i've called to ask why i didn't get any fingerprint notice-she checked my info & said it was odd not to have had any biometrics done yet,the officer asked me to tell my attorney to call to schedule one b4 the interview date and that she will make a note to say i don't have any biometrics done yet.Although she said i should wait for the letter they sent that it might actually be for the fingerprinting and not interview....i'm just tired of the wait.If i don't act now, i don't think these attorneys work fast enof b/c they don't know what we r going thru.I'm actually doing their job for them.

After that,i called to check on the i-360 status and the lady started to read what was online,i told her i already know that i just wanted to say my case is past the processing time,i sent in RFE in july & my online status was updated in Aug and they said they will make a decision in 60days & in Oct they sent me a Prima facie and they said they will make a decision in 60days again.60+60=120 days which will actually elapse this weekend.Point is how long do i have to wait again? She asked for the receipt# which i gave and then said to wait & then transferred me to another lady who then asked me to spell out my last name & then collected the receipt # again. Then after a while, she then said "I'm sorry u have to wait this long but due to the nature of this case,i cannot give you any info over the phone b/c VAWA cases are sealed & confidential, but you can send in a written request or you can ask your attorney to do that".So,that was it for me today.

So my 2nd 60days ends this weekend,so i'm going to send email to both VSC & USCIS service headqtrs. My attorney said she will get back to me early next week,i guess she too wants to wait out the 60days b4 making any further inquiries.

I don't know how they ever schedule me for an interview w/o no vawa letter or fingerprints.
