About I-864 & I864A

Hey guys..i am kinda confused here..

my uncle going to sponsor my husband. so which form he need to fill out I864 or I864A.

last night i found on VJ..i have to fill out 2 I864. 1 i have to fill it and 2nd my uncle have to fill out.

i am going to see him on wed..he saying he can done all the paperwork done before i got there.

so what i need from him just I864 or anything else like passport copy, citizenship certificate copy, bank statement, or last 3 year tax return..do i need all this. also i have not fees pay yet. because i just received hard copy noa2 today.

there is not any problem if i got I864 from my uncle.

which one i have to fill it out I864 or I864A..also i dont have second last year w-2 form i just have tax return.

do i really need it to show them.

If you and your uncle do not live in the same household, then you both fill out the I-864.

From what I understand, you will also need proof of relationship between you and your uncle. I suppose it would take the form of your uncle's birth certificate, your parent to whom your uncle is related birth certificate, and your birth certificate. He will also have to provide all the same proof of employment (tax transcript OR 1040 w/W2; letter of employment from employer; 6 mo. pay stubs; previous two years of income if necessary) as you have to provide with your I864. (assuming, of course, you can.)

yeah..we are not live together. he is in different state.

so i can fill out I864..there is not any difference with I864 or I864A?

i think i can pay fee's in this week. so next week i can send them all paper work or do i have to wait until they ask for it.

There is a difference, I-864A is filled out by someone who lives in the same household as the intending immigrant and their income is being used. Since your uncle lives in another state, he will fill out the I-864. As I previously stated, you only fill out the I-864 as you are the primary sponsor. Your uncle is the joint sponsor.

when i can send them all paper work. also there is not any problem if has long date on it.

i mean my uncle going to fill out all paper now & if nvc ask for all paperwork after 1 month so do i have to change the date on it or i can use same one.

You can send the AOS paperwork after you pay the AOS bill, you will need to generate the bar coded cover sheet from the payment portal. It will not matter what the date on the paperwork is; the date the paperwork is signed is the date that is written on the paperwork.

i have 1 more question?

after nvc complete do i need to send them real I1864 or just copy.

also if anyone have link when nvc complete which paper we need to send it.
