Multiple RFE's for DS230 but was already received.

I sent the AOS packet from the States to NVC. No problem. Received and like 3 business days later was entered in the system and all good. My wife sent the IV packet with required docs from Colombia via DHL. We received the signature receipt that they received the packet. But it has been 10 business days already and we keep getting the same AVR message that the DS 230 is missing. And also have received 2 different RFE emails stating the DS 230 has not been received.

Is this normal?

How long should it take to enter this info after receiving it?

She showed me every document she sent over the webcam so I am 99.99% sure that all was done correctly.

I was hoping that we could get a July interview date because the representative I spoke to at NVC told me that they would finalize all the July appointments by Friday (yesterday).

Is there a possibility all is good but they just have not updated the AVR?

That's not unusual. NVC reviews a package, then issue a false RFE asking for the other package without checking first if that package is there somewhere.

We had the same thing happened twice and everything was fine. However, I'd call them and find out to make sure that everything is OK.

OK I got a RFE stating my wife completed #30 incorrectly. Can she email the corrected forms or do we have to DHL just those couple papers to the NVC? I was thinking we would do both. But hopefully they would just look at the email and approve everything before they even get the DHL packet. Has anyone responded to a RFE with an email?

From what I remember, Columbia is not set up for electronic processing, so no, you can't email the corrected forms.
