I just took my wife for Biometrics. They did it and gave me back original Notice with Biometrics appointment, stamped and signed. Do I need to send it anywhere or just keep it for my records?

And- it is also proof that you have done the biometrics. While it is unlikely that you will ever need it for that purpose, there have been a few cases where someone has been told that since they failed to respond to the biometrics appointment, their case was considered closed. They took in the stamped receipts and the cases were re-opened. They did have to re-do biometrics as the originals were lost somewhere in the USCIS black hole. So - keep it safe and hopefully it will only be a souvenir of the process for you.
