So YOU can prepare new one, send it all in, this weekend, yes?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If they did loose it, maybe you can just call and ask them to "tight" it.

Just print out the I-864 again and resign, and then copy the rest of the documents and send the package to them again along with the coversheet they sent you.. Be sure to send it with delivery confirmation (not a signature). They can easily have it in less than a week.

The reason why it's taking so long and why your packages get lost, it's because all Mexican cases at the NVC are required electronic cases, it clearly says there that if you mail things it will cause a delay.

I'm so sorry that your lawyer doesn't know that, same thing happened to us and we just ended up wasting 3 long months. After we applied online we had a case complete and an appointment scheduled in less than a month.

Praying that you package get approved soon!

after everything is sent in, NVC tags the casefile as 'case complete', which is really 'documents complete, no further documents needed'

Then, there's a final review process, and the casefile is placed in the queue to be scheduled.

Then it's scheduled for interiew appointment.

Unsure of 'how many days' for all of this, for your casefile - sorry.
