hi congrats! may i ask what was on your RFE? :)Was it stated on the RFE hardcopy what evidences or informations you missed to include in your packet?

Nothing was left out of the Original 129-F. All information was answered truthfully. So you get your NOA1 and wait. The NOA1 Only means you Completed the forms properly.

Now, the background check based upon information of your approved NOA1 petition. If there is a question then that is where a RFE will arrise (Thus a response needed to USCIS) After your RFE is accepted and reply valid you will receive your NOA2. REMEMBER, The NOA2 Only means you and your Fiance/Fiancee have passed Background checks.

I never recieved a Hard Copy of the RFE. My Attourney did. What were my RFE's. Misdeamenors from years ago. (that is private) however, USCIS wanted Certified Copies with a Stamp/Seal even though they were devuldged in the 129-F.

As I stated to you earlier. I think within 2 weeks you will have your NOA2. I really think you will.

Tim
