I only hope that now you are married and have filed the I-130 you have much more success, it appears that Javier has been treated terribly in terms of his medical etc.

I wish you both a speedy I-130 process and hope you get to be together real soon.

Thanks Broma! We are actually hoping for a not-so-speedy I-130 process since we are not eligible to interview again until August of 2008. At which point we will file the waivers I-601 and I-212 and hopefully he'll be home early 2009??
