On June 7, 2011, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. We will hold it for 180 days from June 7, 2011 to allow you time to contact us. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application or application for replacement with fee

You must contact them at the number they listed.

Sounds like something is wrong with an address on file or they could not send you an RFE or something. If you don't call them and fix the problem you will have to start over again.

have uscitizen spouse call into USCIS, get a tier 2 ISO human, and then

verify the address that was used on this letter.

they can't tell you what the address was, but can verify if it was sent to the address the USCitizen mentions, over the phone.

Sometime postal mail is returned for no reason.

Did your husband move since filing? This is a big issue.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
