My fiance has a criminal record that is about ten years old, invloving two incidents, a fight he got into on a football pitch where he hit a boy. He recieved only a warning with a £100 fine, and also acting up at a professional football game, which lead to charges disturbing the peace and resisting arrest, again no penaltys except small fines, but we are now filling out packet three and I was just wondering if anyone else has any experience similar to this?

I would suggest that you check out the waiver forum but I would start work on a waiver now if I was you. There are people who's offences were much longer than 10 years ago that have had to file waivers. Sometimes it can depend on ages, if the offender was a juvenile at the time but as I say read the waivers section for more info.

Hope things go well for you

[The reason god put spaces in between your fingers was so another person's hands could fill it up.

CHERISH YESTERDAY, LIVE TODAY AND DREAM TOMORROW

Life is like a song... Sing it.

Life is like a challenge... Pursue it.

Life is like a sacrifice... Offer it.

Life is love... Enjoy it.
