Am I just being impatient or has there been a drop off in the last week? May was just flying through. I saw a whole lot of NOA2 approvals in May, but for the last week, I've barely seen any. Thoughts?

03/01/2012 - AOS, EAD, & AP packet submitted

I have noticed the same thing. Sometimes I do not know why I even look. But then it does give me hope with others that filed over 6 months ago get approved. I guess we just have to wait it out. Tough though. :wacko::wacko:

Keep in mind that you're only looking at people who have singed up at VJ and who have also bothered to fill out their timeline -- overall, a VERY small percentage of the total number of cases that USCIS and NVC are dealing with. So a week to week comparison is pretty meaningless.

Also keep in mind that we had a holiday during the past week.. and people are now getting into "vacation mode" so those that ARE on VJ might not be as quick to update their timeline.

Again, add all of this together, and a week to week comparison just doesn't mean much.

Don't worry too much --- your time WILL come! :yes:

I am not worried... Just curious. I wish the statistics came directly from USCIS and we knew the statuses of all the submissions. But this is good too!

There have been some posts about this over the last few days but then again there seem to have been a lot of VJer's excited that they have just received their NOA2, so maybe people are just not updating their timelines so much. :blink:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
I-129F Sent : Jul 28 2014
TSC received: Aug 04 2014
I-129F NOA1 : Aug 06 2014
I-129F NOA2 : Feb 25 2015 (NOA2 copy rcd: Mar 02)

Its a governement agency and they did not work on Monday.. couple that with many taking Friday off as well to have a 4 day weekend and that is a huge gap... keep in mind that they often work Saturdays as well so that is 3 working days

Ok, now they have really dropped off.... My girl checked her forum and there were only a few approvals last week. In comparison to May, its a huge drop off. Too bad we didn't make the cut for the March filers. I am in fact more inpatient than most people.
