If anyone has had a similar situation or if you have any knowledge on this subject I would love some advice.

We have already received our NOA1 44 days ago. My fiance told me today that her landlord wants to remodel the house that she rents in London.

Now she has to find a new house to rent. What is required for changing address?

Thank you

Hi guys :) The solution is: "If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Everytime I check my status online in USCIS, appears that message. If you haven't create an account in USCIS, the best way is call the customer service center and update your fiancee address. Good luck :star:

Not exactly true.... if the beneficiary is the one changing address, you can not do it online as they are not in the US. I went through this process for my fiance. I called and this was the responses I received.

You can send a formal letter to the address on back your NOA1 with your EAC# documented all over it, but that won't guarantee they will change it. You can wait until NOA2 and call NVC and talk to a specialist and have them update, but that doesn't guarantee they will do it either. FINALLY.... once you get your new case # from NVC once approved, you can email the consulate where the interview will take place along with your new case# and ask them to change it... I did all 3 and it wasn't until I emailed the consulate that the address was changed. You do want to catch it before your application gets to the embassy so they have the correct address to send any information to.

The beneficiary is NOT in the US yet and doesn't fall into the category of having to notify within that timeframe. That is once they are in the US and USCIS wants to keep up with your current address......

Thank you this was very helpful. We are not exactly sure when or if this will actually happen, but at least we now know the process. I appreciate your help!
