If you did immigration pre-clearance in Toronto, then your POE is Toronto. They want to know where your documents were inspected.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Your port of entry is Toronto. (It should say "Tor" or "YYZ" or something stamped in your passport underneath/on your I-94.) Toronto is a pre-clearance centre, so there won't be any issues.

but toronto is not listed in the port of entry list , should i say other?

It's a pre-clearance location. See this link.
