You are the USC--correct?? Then it has no impact at all.

That is correct i am the USC... Sorry should have mentioned that. I guess i am starting to freak out because my marriage is becoming even more real now that i am filing..... But when i looked on google i see alot of people getting denied because of a criminal record... Is that because they are filing and there visa deals with imbra?

They wont deny based on your DUI's... the DUI's could delay things causing them to take second looks at the background checks when those DUI's set off criminal background flags.. but just that, a potential delay not denial...

It is the intending immigrant's criminal record they are most interested in.

My advice would only be to make sure your spouse is aware of the DUI's as the consular may ask at their interview if you have ever been arrested.

After speaking with some immigration lawyers... The duis are no problem, He told me to worry more about paperwork being signed and complete then my background and that it more then likely wont even come up in the interview....Anyways thanks for all your advice fellow VJers!
