A Moment Leaving for US

Okay so on May 20th i left for US. At that time i just realized that how much persons that i am gonna miss esp. my youngest sis who gets close to me since our mother passed away. She is like my everything. I was not in good relationship with my dad by then but just an hour before i left for airport i apologized to him and asked him to go with me to the airport. He said okay. It was a tear moment. I cried a lot on the way to airport. My tears kept fall when i was in the waiting room next to the aircraft of China Air. I remember many movies when a couple decides to cancel and not feel sure about what they doing just a moment before they wanna get marry or meet their couple. But i know i could not do that. I remember about how i expect that moment. A moment tobe with my future husband. The one who cares much and loves me much. In the end i kept covered my face with tissues since the tears did not stop. I kept crying even until i sat on my seat in the plane.

A flight attendant dropped me a bunch of tissue. Another flight attendant asked me nicely what was going on. I just said okay. During the flight i was crying. I flied by myself coz we decide to do like that since i had to wait until August if i had to wait for him due to his job at work. I did not wanna wait longer. Everything that made me worry about the trip was not cared anymore; the different name on my passport, the questions that might asked by CBP in airport, etc. I felt like i did not mind even if they sent me back to my home country if they do not satisfy with what i have.

My voice still something when my fiance called me once i landed in LA. I just stopped crying. I told myself that this is life. Everybody will have their own family, their own life, even my sister that i worry about. I remember when my mom told me that in the end we will spend our whole life in the end with our couple. Not with our sisters or family sometimes. I kept that in my mind. I move my foot and stepped on the exit door of airplane. I saw that sign "Welcome to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".

I joined the line and amazingly i passed it easily. The CBP did not ask me much except the time why i came to US and when i would get marry. No question abt different name that i have in passport and visa, the double check that i worry about. Everything just easy. I took my suitcases and welcomed by my beloved fiance outside. What a great full of moment trip. A single trip that could make me realize about how the current and future people mean much to me. I am here now in a small village in Maryland with my beloved husband and his kids.

I feel like home. Thank you to all the members who helped me passing the process. Have a great trip.
