I am US citizen and I applied for F-129 (K-1) for my Fiance who bares a B1/B2 travel visa. It is under the initial review process.

What if we want to get married sooner than the K1 visa is approved during her stay with her B1/B2?

Is there any legal procedure that allows us to make this move? We can't wait...

You can get married, but you'd need to then withdraw the K1 and apply for a CR-1 spousal visa.

Having already applied for the K1, I would strongly advice against trying to adjust status after marriage once she is in the country with the tourist visa. This could be considered visa fraud, carrying a lifetime ban.

Yes, there is a procedure, but utilizing a b1/2 entry to intentionally circumvent US immigration laws is not a good thing.

YMMV
